I am a Wellington-based designer. Growing up in Christchurch, I always had a passion for creativity and clothing, often creating my own clothes, costumes and toys when I was younger. My design work focuses on playfulness, colour and playing with scale. I believe clothing should be a chance to play and have fun with every day. As a recent graduate from Massey University in Wellington, I am looking to start out my career in the fashion industry. I especially aspire to work in patternmaking and garment construction. I have a strong interest in creating/designing clothing locally in New Zealand and helping consumers make more conscious decisions surrounding clothing.
